Thank you for choosing Maureen Wenzel for your medical needs.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but our office is not able to accept the following insurance plans:

  • Humana (We do accept Humana Medicare only)
  • Aetna (PPO or HMO)
  • Kaiser PPO
  • New Medicaid Patients

New patients must first establish care before Maureen will perform an annual physical. Physicals for current patients are offered only in the morning due to the need for fasting lab work.

If you are unable to find a desired time, please contact the office at (303) 861-7001 and the receptionist will be happy to accommodate you.

In order to expedite your visit, please bring the following items:

  • Your medications in their bottles
  • Insurance card(s) and a photo ID

To reschedule an appointment, call us directly at (303) 861-7001.

New patients, in order to finalize your registration process, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. New Patient Paperwork can be downloaded by right clicking here and opening a new tab.
